The hotel had a great location, right near the metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to provide recommendations and information. the gym at the hotel had a good selection of equipment, making it convenient to stay active.
The spa facilities were disappointing as they charged an extra fee for usage. I believe that these amenities should be included in the price of the hotel and not treated as an additional expense.

The modern and new hotel features a rooftop terrace with a bar and swimming pool, offering a great view of the city. The welcoming staff is always ready to assist guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the daily cleaning service is a plus. The breakfast selection is impressive, with delicious pastries like the small pastel do nata.
Felt safe and secure, no complaints at all.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the location was just what I was looking for - close to city attractions and right beside the underground metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was also amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were excellent - the rooftop pool and bar were my favourites.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is conveniently located near a metro stop, allowing easy access to all attractions without being in the busy tourist area. Some rooms have a nice view and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and spa.
The indoor pool may not be available for children during their stay, and may require an extra charge for all guests.
