The hotel had a great location, right near the metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to provide recommendations and information. the gym at the hotel had a good selection of equipment, making it convenient to stay active.
The spa facilities were disappointing as they charged an extra fee for usage. I believe that these amenities should be included in the price of the hotel and not treated as an additional expense.

The modern and new hotel features a rooftop terrace with a bar and swimming pool, offering a great view of the city. The welcoming staff is always ready to assist guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the daily cleaning service is a plus. The breakfast selection is impressive, with delicious pastries like the small pastel do nata.
Felt safe and secure, no complaints at all.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the location was just what I was looking for - close to city attractions and right beside the underground metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was also amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were excellent - the rooftop pool and bar were my favourites.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. It has amazing dining options and breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The staff at the reception desk were always welcoming and helpful. The outdoor terrace and poolside snack bar provided a relaxing atmosphere where we could unwind and enjoy our surroundings. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the attention to detail, making us feel very comfortable and at home. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jupiter Lisboa - the rooftop pool was a highlight and the staff were accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the city and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. a great experience!
